Sesame Broccoli and Snap Peas
A quick and easy side dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal. The broccoli and snap peas are stir-fried until tender-crisp and then tossed in a flavorful sauce made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Sesame seeds add a nutty flavor and a bit of crunch.
This recipe was inspired by a dish I had at a Chinese restaurant a few years ago. I was so impressed by the flavor and texture of the vegetables that I knew I had to try to recreate it at home. After a few attempts, I finally came up with a recipe that I'm really happy with. It's simple to make and the results are delicious.
