This exotic keto sushi combines fresh fish and vegetables with a keto-friendly sushi rice for a delicious and refreshing meal. Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked keto-friendly sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup diced salmon
  • 1/4 cup diced tuna
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sushi rice, cucumber, red onion, avocado, salmon, and tuna.
  2. Drizzle with soy sauce and wasabi paste and mix well.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the sushi mixture onto a sheet of nori seaweed.
  4. Roll up the nori tightly, starting from the bottom and working your way to the top.
  5. Slice the roll into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
