Ingredients
12 chicken wings
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place chicken wings in a large bowl and coat with avocado oil and spices.
Place chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Flip chicken wings and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
