I first had this dish at a restaurant in Miami, and I was immediately hooked. The combination of the coconut-crusted tilapia and the mango salsa was irresistible. I asked the chef for the recipe, and he was kind enough to share it with me. I've been making this dish ever since, and it's always a hit with my family and friends.

Why It Works
  • The coconut coating adds a nice crust to the fish, and it also helps to keep it moist and juicy.
  • The lime juice adds a bright and tangy flavor to the fish, and it also helps to balance out the sweetness of the mango salsa.
  • The mango salsa is a great way to add some freshness and brightness to the dish, and it also provides a nice contrast to the richness of the coconut-crusted tilapia.
