These peanut butter cheesecake bites are a quick and easy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple almond flour crust and a creamy peanut butter filling. The bites are baked in an air fryer, which gives them a crispy crust and a gooey center.
I have always been a big fan of cheesecake, but I have never been a big fan of the crust. I find that traditional cheesecake crusts are often too thick and dense, and they can overpower the delicate flavor of the cheesecake. I wanted to create a cheesecake recipe that had a light and crispy crust, so I decided to use almond flour. Almond flour is a great gluten-free alternative to traditional flour, and it has a mild flavor that won't overpower the cheesecake. I also decided to bake the cheesecake bites in an air fryer. Air fryers are a great way to cook food quickly and evenly, and they give food a crispy exterior without having to deep fry it. The result is a cheesecake bite that has a crispy crust and a gooey center. It's the perfect balance of textures and flavors.
