Ingredients
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (almond flour or monk fruit)
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (almond flour or monk fruit)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. To make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water and stir until the mixture comes together and forms a dough.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom of a 6-inch square baking dish.
  5. To make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sweetener, cream cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spread the filling over the crust.
  7. Bake in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
