Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the melted butter and water and mix until the dough comes together.
  5. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
  6. Add the egg to the dough and mix until well combined.
  7. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1/8 inch.
  8. Cut the dough into desired shapes and place on the prepared baking sheet.
