Keto Cracker Platter
This platter of crispy, savory crackers is the perfect low-carb snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add the melted butter and water and mix until the dough comes together.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl.
- Add the egg to the dough and mix until well combined.
- Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1/8 inch.
- Cut the dough into desired shapes and place on the prepared baking sheet.
