Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon and melted butter to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. Roll out the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese curls are golden brown.
  7. Let the cheese curls cool for a few minutes before serving.
