Ground beef
Taco seasoning
Shredded cheese

Mini taco shells

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain off excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread some ground beef mixture into each mini taco shell.
Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream.
