Ingredients
3 large eggs, separated
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until just combined.
Stir in garlic powder and onion powder.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Drop batter by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared parchment paper.
