Ingredients
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spoon a small amount of the chocolate into each liner, about 1/2 teaspoon.
Use the back of a spoon to spread the chocolate around the bottom of each liner.
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into each liner, about 1/2 teaspoon.
Top each cup with the remaining melted chocolate.
