Shrimp scampi is a classic Italian dish that is typically made with shrimp, garlic, white wine, and butter. Our version of this dish is a bit creamier and more flavorful, thanks to the addition of heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. We also use a variety of fresh herbs to give the dish a bright, summery flavor.
