Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked breakfast sausage
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the spinach and sausage.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
