Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, such as Gorgonzola or Roquefort
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- fresh celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
