Ingredients
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, broccoli, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the lemon-dill sauce by combining the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
