Peanut butter cups have been a favorite candy of mine since I was a kid. The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is irresistible. When I started the keto diet, I thought I would have to give up my beloved peanut butter cups. But then I discovered sugar-free chocolate chips and realized that I could make my own keto peanut butter cups! These keto peanut butter cups are made with just four ingredients: peanut butter, sugar-free chocolate chips, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. They're easy to make and they taste just like the real thing.

Why It Works
  • The peanut butter provides a rich, nutty flavor and a creamy texture.
  • The sugar-free chocolate chips provide a sweet, chocolatey flavor without the carbs.
  • The coconut oil helps to bind the ingredients together and gives the peanut butter cups a smooth texture.
  • The vanilla extract adds a touch of flavor and helps to balance out the sweetness of the chocolate chips.
