Ingredients
12 ounces fresh artichoke hearts, trimmed and quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
