Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the chicken, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
