Low-Carb Spaghetti Squash with Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- Place squash cut-side up on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until tender.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and basil.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
- Remove spaghetti squash from oven and scrape out flesh with a fork.
