The inspiration for this recipe came to me on a hot summer day, when I was looking for a light and refreshing snack. I had some cucumbers and avocados on hand, and I decided to experiment with blending them together. I added some red bell pepper for sweetness, green onion for sharpness, and parsley for freshness. I seasoned the dip with lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper, and chilled it for at least 30 minutes before serving. The result was a creamy, flavorful dip that was perfect for a hot summer day.
