  • 1 bag (12 ounces) low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tortillas into quarters.
  3. Place the tortilla quarters in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
