Ingredients
1 cup sprouted wheat berries
1 cup sprouted rye berries
1 cup sprouted oats
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup olive tapenade
Instructions
