Keto Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 10 ounces spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Spoon the filling into the shells and place them in the air fryer basket.
