Ingredients
  • 1 cup uncooked vermicelli rice noodles
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup cooked pork
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water.
  3. Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
  4. Add noodles, crab meat, shrimp, pork, mint, cilantro, and green onions to the pot.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until noodles are cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
