1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (16 ounce) package zucchini noodles
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup pesto sauce
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
