Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, grated
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup spinach, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Press the mixture into a 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with the spinach and mushrooms.
