Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, grated
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the mixture into a 12-inch pizza pan.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with the spinach and mushrooms.
  6. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
