The one-pan keto taco skillet was born out of a need for a quick and easy weeknight meal that was also low-carb and gluten-free. I had been craving tacos, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of making all of the components separately. I decided to try cooking everything in one pan, and it turned out so well that I've been making it ever since. This dish is perfect for those who are short on time or who are looking for a low-carb and gluten-free meal.

Why It Works
Cooking everything in one pan makes for easy cleanup.
The ground beef browns evenly in the pan.
The vegetables soften and caramelize in the pan, adding flavor to the dish.
The taco seasoning, chili powder, and cumin give the dish a flavorful kick.
The beef broth adds moisture to the dish and helps to thicken the sauce.
