Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh broccoli
Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, water, heavy cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chopped broccoli and cook for 5 minutes more, or until the broccoli is tender.
