Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • Guacamole, salsa, and fresh cilantro, for topping
Instructions
  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
  3. Shred the lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  4. Top with the ground beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and sour cream.
  5. Add guacamole, salsa, and cilantro as desired.
