Why It Works
  • Searing the chicken thighs in the air fryer creates a flavorful crust that locks in the juices, resulting in tender and moist chicken.
  • Cooking the sausage, onions, celery, and garlic in the air fryer brings out their natural sweetness and caramelizes them slightly, adding depth to the soup's flavor profile.
  • The addition of kale provides a vibrant green color and a slightly bitter note that balances the richness of the soup.
  • Using chicken broth as the base ensures a flavorful and well-rounded broth, while the heavy cream adds a touch of creaminess and richness.
  • Simmering the soup for 15 minutes allows the flavors to meld and develop, resulting in a harmonious and satisfying dish.
