Ingredients
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press dough into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
