Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • Lettuce leaves, for wrapping
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties.
  3. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Place the patties on lettuce leaves and top with avocado and guacamole.
  6. Wrap the lettuce leaves around the patties and enjoy.
