Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, peanut butter, chocolate chips, butter, egg, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
Mix until well combined.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
