Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the center of your air fryer basket. The batter will spread out.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve with your favorite berries and whipped cream.
