Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, grated
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch pizza pan.
Bake in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Spread the pizza sauce on the crust.
Top with the sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
