Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
1 egg
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
10 slices turkey pepperoni
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a dough forms.
Press the cauliflower dough onto the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Spread the marinara sauce over the cauliflower crust and top with the low-fat mozzarella, turkey pepperoni slices, and basil.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
