Ingredients
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, ½ cup shredded mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Press the cauliflower dough onto the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  5. Spread the marinara sauce over the cauliflower crust and top with the low-fat mozzarella, turkey pepperoni slices, and basil.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot. Enjoy!
