  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just incorporated.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
