Ingredients
  • whole wheat pizza dough
  • leeks

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and place on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Slice leeks and sauté in olive oil.
  4. Spread sautéed leeks on pizza dough.
  5. Top with goat cheese.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
  7. Sprinkle with thyme.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
