Ingredients
Ground beef
Egg
Onion, minced
Garlic powder

Cauliflower, riced
Mozzarella cheese
Almond flour
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal patties.
In a separate bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
Form the cauliflower mixture into 4 buns.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Place the cauliflower buns on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
