Ingredients
  • Ground beef
  • Egg
  • Onion, minced
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cauliflower, riced
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Almond flour
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the cauliflower mixture into 4 buns.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Place the cauliflower buns on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.
