Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, celery, and cilantro.
  2. Toss to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
