Low-Carb Pizza with Keto Crust
This keto-friendly pizza is made with a crust made from almond flour and coconut flour. It's topped with your favorite pizza toppings and baked in the air fryer until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, mozzarella cheese, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the dough into a 12-inch pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the air fryer and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings.
  6. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
