Ingredients
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 pound zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound yellow squash, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
