Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Grate the cauliflower into a large bowl.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower for 5 minutes, or until it is soft.
  4. Drain the cauliflower and press out any excess water.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, ham, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  6. Press the mixture into a 12-inch pizza pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Top with your favorite breakfast toppings and enjoy!
