Ham and Cheese Keto Muffins
These keto muffins are a quick and easy way to get your fix of ham and cheese. They're made with almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter, so they're low in carbs and high in fat. The ham and cheddar cheese add a savory flavor, and the baking powder helps them to rise and become fluffy. They're perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch, and they can also be frozen for later.
The inspiration for these muffins came to me one day when I was trying to figure out what to do with some leftover ham. I had already made a few different dishes with it, but I wanted something that was a little more portable and easy to eat on the go. I started by experimenting with a few different recipes for keto muffins, but I wasn't happy with the results. They were either too dense or too dry. Finally, I came up with this recipe, and it was a hit! The muffins were light and fluffy, and the ham and cheese added a delicious savory flavor. I've been making them ever since, and they've become a staple in my keto diet.
