Spinach and Feta Crustless Quiche
This spinach and feta crustless quiche is a quick and easy way to get your veggie fix. It's packed with protein and fiber, and it's also low in calories and fat. Plus, it's delicious! The quiche is made with just a few simple ingredients, and it can be customized to your liking. You can add other vegetables, such as chopped onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms. You can also use different types of cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella. And, if you're feeling adventurous, you can even add some cooked meat, such as crumbled bacon or sausage.
The quiche is a classic French dish that dates back to the 16th century. It was originally made with a pastry crust, but over time, crustless quiches became more popular. Crustless quiches are easier to make and they cook more evenly. This particular spinach and feta crustless quiche was inspired by a recipe that I found in a cookbook. I made a few changes to the recipe, such as adding more spinach and feta cheese, and I also reduced the amount of milk. The result is a delicious and nutritious quiche that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
