Ingredients
  • 6 bell peppers, any color
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.
