Ingredients
6 bell peppers, any color
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.
