Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Place a wonton wrapper in each cup of a mini muffin tin. Press down to form a cup shape.
Fill each wonton cup with about 1 tablespoon of the ground beef mixture.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton cups are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
