Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
