This grilled salmon with avocado salsa is a light and refreshing summer meal that's perfect for any occasion. The salmon is cooked to perfection on the grill, and the avocado salsa adds a bright and flavorful touch. This dish is sure to impress your guests!
I first came up with this recipe when I was looking for a way to cook salmon that was both healthy and delicious. I had tried grilling salmon before, but it always came out dry and overcooked. This time, I decided to cook the salmon on a lower heat setting and to use a marinade to keep it moist. The results were amazing! The salmon was cooked through but still moist and flaky, and the marinade gave it a wonderful flavor. I decided to pair the grilled salmon with an avocado salsa, and the two flavors complemented each other perfectly. This dish has quickly become one of my favorites, and I'm sure you'll love it too!
