Ham and Cheese Keto Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Spread with cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions.
