Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Spread with cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions.
