Zucchini Fries with Avocado Crema
Zucchini fries are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy this summer squash. They're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they're perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce. This recipe uses almond flour and Parmesan cheese to create a crispy coating, and the avocado crema adds a creamy and flavorful dipping sauce.
Zucchini fries are a relatively new invention, but they've quickly become a popular side dish and appetizer. They're a great way to use up zucchini when it's in season, and they're a healthier alternative to traditional potato fries. I first had zucchini fries at a restaurant a few years ago, and I was immediately hooked. I love the crispy coating and the tender interior, and I especially love dipping them in a creamy avocado crema. I've since experimented with different recipes for zucchini fries, and I've found that this one is the best. The almond flour and Parmesan cheese create a crispy coating that's not too thick or heavy, and the avocado crema is creamy and flavorful without being too rich.
